2006 Governor's Institute

We're just back from hanging around the PA's Governor's Institute for Environment and Ecology. You can see the Seven Springs resort just behind us as we ascend the mountain for a ride down the alpine slide. Okay, so it wasn't all work.

We did have a really good resorce event, matching a little over a hundred teachers up with loads of books for their classroom. On wednesday we conducted a PA Rock Box workshop. During the whole time there we were impressed with the quality of teachers present, and especially encouraged by the enthusiasm of the new, young faces. There is hope after all!
